1 總 則
1.1 目的
為適應(yīng)電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展要求,加強(qiáng)電壓互感器技術(shù)管理,保證電壓互感器的安全、準(zhǔn)確、可靠運(yùn)行,
特制定本技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
1.2 依據(jù)
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是依據(jù)國(guó)家、行業(yè)和國(guó)際有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)程和規(guī)范,并結(jié)合近年來(lái)國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司輸變電設(shè)
備評(píng)估報(bào)告、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行情況分析以及設(shè)備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)制定。
1.3 內(nèi)容
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì) 110(66)kV~500kV 電壓互感器的設(shè)計(jì)選型(運(yùn)行選用)、訂貨、監(jiān)造、出廠驗(yàn)收、包
裝運(yùn)輸、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)收等環(huán)節(jié)提出了具體的技術(shù)要求。
1.4 適用范圍
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司系統(tǒng)的110(66)kV~500kV油浸和氣體絕緣電壓互感器(不包括GIS
和套管電壓互感器)。35kV電壓互感器可參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。
1.5 電壓互感器安全可靠性要求
110(66)kV~500kV電壓互感器應(yīng)優(yōu)先采用設(shè)計(jì)制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)成熟、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、經(jīng)受過(guò)運(yùn)行考驗(yàn)的
電壓互感器。對(duì)互感器的密封性能和抗震強(qiáng)度要提出要求,防止運(yùn)輸和運(yùn)行中滲漏和結(jié)構(gòu)的機(jī)械損
壞。
1.6 電壓互感器的型式
1.6.1 結(jié)構(gòu)型式:電磁式電壓互感器、電容式電壓互感器。
1.6.2 內(nèi)絕緣型式:通常為油浸式電壓互感器。
1.6.3 外絕緣型式: 通常為瓷質(zhì)套管電壓互感器,瓷質(zhì)表面穩(wěn)定性能較好,硅橡膠外套的抗污閃和
抗震性能較好。
1.6.4 設(shè)備類型:戶內(nèi)式電壓互感器和戶外式電壓互感器。
1.7 選型原則
220kV及以下電壓等級(jí)宜選用低磁密的電磁式電壓互感器或電容式電壓互感器,330kV及以上電
壓等級(jí)宜選用電容式電壓互感器。
11.8 關(guān)于電壓互感器技術(shù)參數(shù)和要求的說(shuō)明
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出電壓互感器的技術(shù)參數(shù)和要求,具體參見(jiàn)條款(2)、(3),它們是本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一部分,
規(guī)定了電壓互感器技術(shù)參數(shù)和要求的基本內(nèi)容。在提出具體設(shè)備技術(shù)參數(shù)和要求時(shí)可根據(jù)本標(biāo)準(zhǔn),
結(jié)合本地區(qū)實(shí)際情況增補(bǔ)相應(yīng)的內(nèi)容。
1.9 引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
